Huge CPU usage ! (stuck on "MOTION_A (nothing found)")
Re: Live views and records lags !
Well lags seem to be gone, i don't know what i did, maybe nothing, maybe the lastest updates, don't know.
But i experience a new behavior of BI : normaly, it run under 10% of CPU usage but after a couple of hours, it can grow to 50 or 60% ! I need to reboot every cameras in BI to get back under 10%.
RAM usage is also affected : normaly it use ~1.5Go and when CPU is in heavy load, it use ~3Go.
Is it possible to know what is consuming ressources in BI ?

Can you check that you have exempted the BI5 folders from your antvirus software ? See help file for details.

Re: Live views and records lags !
Yes i have.
I think i found the/a problem : sometimes, motion's triggers never end, the window stay with the orange rectangle and i need to restart the camera to end the trigger, maybe i missed an option ?

Re: Live views and records lags !
Please confirm if you are ONLY using BI5 motion detection, and not some external trigger.
If so, I'm surprised the camera triggers much at all as these settings make it very insensitive:
Make time - 1 second. Mine are around 0.1 seconds.
Advanced object detection and zones - not used.
But "Highlight" is set to "Do not highlight motion", and then you have "Only when triggered" ticked. I would untick that.
You do have the Break time options set, and they should stop the trigger.
Which window shows the orange rectangle ?

Re: Live views and records lags !
No i don't have external trigger.
I unchecked the "Only when triggered".
The "orange rectangle" :

I just reboot 3 cameras stuck in that state with heavy load on CPU, after reboot trigger stop and cpu go to 5% immediatly !
Maybe i should use the Timers section ?

Re: Live views and records lags !
Do you have any zone H areas set up ?
