Yellow warning sign and stream every 2 seconds

Hello, everyone,
I'm going to start a new topic because I don't know how to search for it. The problem is that I have a yellow warm sign on the camera window in the software at regular intervals and the stream then only updates every 2 seconds. As soon as I go into the settings and exit again (without changing anything), the warning sign is gone and it runs normally again. I've already checked all possible settings, but I can't find a solution. Maybe someone has the same problem and knows a solution.

My system:
Blue Iris 5
4 cameras from Wansview and
2 cameras from Reolink
The whole thing runs on a Fujitsu PC with Windows 10

The problem is present in all cameras.

Hi, is it showing anything in the log ? Can you add screenshots of the actual issue ?

I had the same problem with the three Reolink cams that I have. The whole problem disappeared when I followed the "Reolink Gotchas" guide on this site.

In a nutshell, use RTMP for these cams.
