Sony SNC-DM110 & SNC-DS10

I recently received a Sony SNC-DM110 & SNC-DS10. They both seem to be in the same model family based on the datasheet and support RTSP [https://pro.sony/s3/cms-static-content/ ... 595914.pdf]. I was able to factory reset them and login to their settings via the web & the Sony SNC Toolbox. The network IP camera configuration finds these cameras and reports the below, however I am unable to get BI to show the camera feed. Does anyone have any experience with these cameras and can point me in the direction to configure them or BI to view the feed?

I am new to BlueIris, currently using the demo license (not sure if that affects anything).

Demo mode shouldn't prevent you adding a camera, but it might limit how many you can add.

The info file I found is here. It shows that you should be able to view these cameras in a web browser with the default IP, or the new one if you have set the IP address up. Does that work ?

I've only attempted to add 3 cameras so I believe I'm under the demo license camera limit. While viewing the IP from a web browser I do successfully get to the camera "homepage" and am able to access and login to the settings as well as take a still image from the camera. Screenshots are below. I can provide some screenshots for the setting screens as well if helpful.

Yes, please do. You need to be outputting something from the camera that BI5 can understand. ONVIF or rtsp feeds are the usual. Anything like h264 is good, but make sure it is set to basic rather than plus or enhanced options.

Agreed, and even though I see the datasheet say RTSP, I haven't seen any mention of it in the settings. I've included 3 screenshots of the seemingly relevant settings pages below. I can't see much to adjust there for BI5. One of the other possibilities is to check out how other NVR's connect with a camera. I usually check iSpy. If they are correct then:

Thanks for those suggestions. I’ll try them out and report back if I ever get the cameras working.
