Basic maintenance is included for one year with your initial software license purchase. Before your maintenance expires, please extend your maintenance by using the Upgrade/Renew button found on the Settings/About page in the software. The following software maintenance plans are available:

Video Tools
The ONVIF Device Manager is a great tool to detect ONVIF compatible devices on the network and verify interoperability.
The K-Lite Codec Pack is likely required if you will be opening MP4 files in Blue Iris. Standard Windows MP4 support is for linear playback only. You only need the basic version; use caution against click-bait on this site.
The VLC Media Player is a great tool for testing camera RTSP streaming capabilities outside of Blue Iris.
External AI Servers
CodeProject AI is an AI server that integrates well with Blue Iris, replacing the old DeepStack.
Blue Onyx is an excellent alternative to the complexity and sometimes-issues with Code Project AI. It does not offer license plate reading or face identification.
Network Tools
