I have the same issue in that "New Intel" does not use GPU at all with either h.264 or h.265. If I switch all my cameras to h.265 and use "Intel" I only get around 10% usage of GPU. H.264 with "Intel" I see 30 - 40 % GPU with 30 - 40 % CPU. Was this latest release suppo...
