That must have been it. I was blind and didn't see it in the settings initially. After I checked the box, they seem to be behaving now.
Was that a 'feature' that was added at some point in the last year or so? I had been playing with this setup about a year ago and never had this crop up before.

Re: Odd camera behavior
Well, these ARE connecting through a wireless bridge, but there's no NAT or anything and their MAC address ''should' be properly recognizable by BI... My DHCP server which is on 'this side' of the bridge properly recognizes their MAC addresses and they have reservations.

Re: Odd camera behavior
You must be on the 'latest and greatest' as those options don't appear for me.. I'm on 5.9.3.4.

Re: Odd camera behavior
Ok, so this took another weird turn... Since I 'fixed it' this morning, it was fine, and then at some point, the .107 camera got 'copied ' to the other camera, so both had the .107 cameras feed... this is REALLY odd..... The settings for cameras in BI SHOULDN'T CHANGE ON THEIR OWN....

Odd camera behavior
I added two cameras to my BI for testing a solar based setup, and I've noticed some strange behavior in BI. When I initially set them up, I set one up, and then I used that one as a base for the second one, just changing the IP after it was set up and everything was fine. Then the next morning, when...

Re: Covert camera suggestions?
Thanks for the info. Those Revotech cameras seem to have pretty good image quality. I'll have to take this one apart and see exactly what's inside and if I can find a replacement to just fix/rebuild this one. If memory serves, it's 940nm version, but as it's not functioning now and I've never really...

Covert camera suggestions?
I have a POE/IP 5MP 'covert' camera 'made by' GW Security that is hidden inside of a PIR sensor type enclosure, that has worked well, but after five years in use, it's given up the ghost. This particular camera does not seem to be available any more, but of course Amazon has a number of cameras I co...

Re: BI Deleted all clips
It was configured so new clips go to 'New' (BlueIris\Video) with a size limit of 200GB, at which point they got moved to 'Stored' (BlueIris\Stored) with a size limit of 1400GB, no time restrictions/setting, only size. This has been configured like this for at least four years without a hiccup until ...

Re: Does BI Support exist??
Last Wednesday, I pasted the license details as copied by clicking the 'e-mail support' button into a forward of the e-mail chain and sent it off, and still not even a peep from them

Re: BI Deleted all clips
Basically, when I discovered it, I restarted the service and that seemed to stop it. hasn't done it since. I poked around the logs best I could but nothing stood out to me. If New and Stored are in the same drive then don’t bother moving clips around, just use either New or Stored set to the availab...
