Re: Lost connection to service (2) with new camera
Thank you for all those informations. I'll look into this as soon as possible but since it's not ONVIF I'm afraid it won't work under BI. But I'll watch. Thanks again

Re: Lost connection to service (2) with new camera
Good morning, disappointment reading your message. Indeed, I had not seen the line where it is indicated that it does not have compatibility with the ONVIF standard. Force to go through the IcSee program. When I have time, I will try all the cameras available in BI5 (I think I will have to take very...

Re: Lost connection to service (2) with new camera
Good morning, when installing the latest version of BI5 available on the site, the search for the camera was identical to my version, which is a little over a year old. It was in both cases detected as an ONVIF camera and the stream parameters were the same. I wrote to the manufacturer, no H264 firm...

Re: Lost connection to service (2) with new camera
Hello and thank you very much for your reply. BI5 detects the camera as an ONVIF camera (it is ONVIF). But once validated, BI5 freezes for 10 seconds then displays the error message. In this camera setup I only have H265 but it does not support h264. However, I installed for test the latest version ...

Lost connection to service (2) with new camera
Hello everyone. I couldn't find a post with my problem so I'm writing. I am using BI5 (5.2.9.14 X64) with 14 cameras. Everything has been working fine for a long time. I bought a 4 MP camera (there are 2 lenses to cover a very wide viewing angle, so 2x2 MP). It is ONVIF and H265+ For your informatio...

Re: New camera BESDER NZ4RN-22718E
Thanks Terk for feedback. The camera is in H264, here are the parameters obtained with ONVIF device manager. With this program, streaming and video playback are flawless, crisp and pixel-free. Unfortunately, the brand being unknown under BI, it is recognized as Generic / ONVIF during automatic detec...

BESDER NZ4RN-22718E
Hello, I come here being a user of Blue Iris, latest version. I am French. I bought a recent camera, Model NZ4RN-22718E. Blue iris recognizes the camera as being of the CANTONK brand. On the seller's site, it's a BESDER H.265 of course, it's an ONVIF compatible camera. Leaving the IP address blank t...
