clip storage on a seperate drive question
My Blue Iris runs on C drive and I back up those clips on an E drive. Once I view the clip on C, I delete it and it disappears from the E drive as well. Is there a way to delete from the C drive, but leave the backup clip on the E drive intact without auto deleting it?

Re: Getting through Norton Firewall
I’m trying to connect via IP address to BI5 from my iPhone. When outside of my WIFI, with Norton firewall turned ON, all I get is a blank white page. If I turn Norton firewall OFF, I can hit BI. All of this is me trying to hit it outside of my WIFI. I’ve been using my Amcrest software to view remote...

Re: Getting through Norton Firewall
Reaching it remotely I’m referring to viewing it on my iPhone. With the firewall on, I get a blank white screen. If I turn the firewall off, I can see the images and make changes such as changing modes. Normal mode monitors and records on a schedule, an away mode monitors 24/7.

Getting through Norton Firewall
Does anyone know exactly what file I have to put in the Norton firewall exception to be able to reach it remotely? I've tried both BlueIrisAdmin.exe and BlueIris.exe. The problem is that I can't reach Blue Iris to enable and disable my away operation and I have to do it manually. Second question.......

Re: screen captures show yesterday and current captures
I'm using View Pro version 4.00.007, Build date 2020-11-27 on an Iphone 11. I also have UI3 on my Iphone because sometimes one fails and the other does not. I can also make changes to my schedules using UI3 where I can't on View Pro.. at least what I know of its operation.

Re: Please help me understand alarm clip length
MikeBwca, no and that's where the problem comes in. Recently I was walking around in front of my camera and it created a clip. When the clip cut off, I was standing in front of the camera working, so there was obviously a trigger happening, it didn't retrigger. I can have a UPS guy come down my side...

Please help me understand alarm clip length
There seems to be (2) parameters involved, and I'm thinking that I don't understand them completely. Here's my issue... I get a trigger in my driveway and it creates a clip. There is still activity going on in the driveway when the clip cuts off. To me it seems like if there is still activity going ...

screen captures show yesterday and current captures
Recently my captures being sent out as alerts started getting messed up. I have my trigger set up to take a screen capture on first trigger. Recently it started sending me the 2 captures as it always had, but the first one is from yesterday, the second one is correct and from today. How can this be?...

Re: "No signal" errors?
I have RJ45 connectors but no way to route cabling due to the cameras locations. I was lucky enough to be able to get power to them.
