Got it all sorted this morning. Disconnected the old router and changed the new router to have the same settings as the old one and everything seams to be OK. Got everything crossed!

Hi Today we had Trooli install Full Fibre to the door. Everything has gone well and Wi-Fi cameras connect straight away to the new router. The problem is with our IP Cameras attached via Ethernet! We have most of these cameras going through a switch with one cable connecting to our old TP-Link route...

Hi Drew I've just discovered the key to finding those options! Click on the Edit Layout icon - interrupted square with a pencil in it - on the top right hand side of the Blue Iris Screen. Thank you. I did try that each time I experienced the problem I upgraded, but unfortunately didn’t work. It’s almost like it’s missing the link to those files

I am also losing all Alerts each time I upgrade I think the files are still there, but they disappear from the dates within Blue Iris so I'm unable to easily review footage. Will email support.
