Thanks everyone, really helpful.
Got it all sorted this morning. Disconnected the old router and changed the new router to have the same settings as the old one and everything seams to be OK. Got everything crossed!

Re: Help! No Cameras following Switch from OpenReach to Full Fibre
Hi
Thanks for responding. Yes, I did set them all as static IP addresses. I’ll take a look and if I can do a work around. Thanks, Sam

Help! No Cameras following Switch from OpenReach to Full Fibre
Hi Today we had Trooli install Full Fibre to the door. Everything has gone well and Wi-Fi cameras connect straight away to the new router. The problem is with our IP Cameras attached via Ethernet! We have most of these cameras going through a switch with one cable connecting to our old TP-Link route...

Re: Layout Editor in Version 5.5.0.7
Hi Drew I've just discovered the key to finding those options! Click on the Edit Layout icon - interrupted square with a pencil in it - on the top right hand side of the Blue Iris Screen. It then enables you to select the sizing options for specific cameras. Hope this helps! Regards Sam Sorry to hij...

Re: FME: error c00d0033
Thank you @TimG, again! I found that the Flash Media Live Encoding was ticked for that camera under the Webcast tab. I couldn't think why, but I remembered that last year I had a go at running a live stream of our hedgehog run. I must have changed it to get it working with YouTube, but overlooked de...

FME: error c00d0033
Hi I've noticed that CAM15 is regularly showing FME: error c00d0033 alert in the log file. I've tried searching for this error code online, but with no joy. Can anyone shed any light onto what this error means? It's only ever this camera :? Thanks Sam Screenshot 2021-04-12 143353 CAM15 Error.png

Re: Clip Storage Incorrect Since Latest Update
Thank you. I did try that each time I experienced the problem I upgraded, but unfortunately didn’t work. It’s almost like it’s missing the link to those files

Re: Clip Storage Incorrect Since Latest Update
I am also losing all Alerts each time I upgrade I think the files are still there, but they disappear from the dates within Blue Iris so I'm unable to easily review footage. Will email support.

Re: Time & Date Overlay - Showing on Recordings
Hi Thanks for your prompt response. I view our cameras through Blue Iris either on the PC or on our IOS devices. So that would make sense re the overlays and d2d thank you. I've found the option to turn that off in the Convert/Export box - I unchecked the Add Text/graphic overlays from direct-to-dis...
