Re: Deepstack trigger problems
Hi, Deepstack AI (DS) was deprecated in favour of CodeProjext AI (CPAI) quite a long time ago. How have you set up the cameras ? Can you show us the camera settings ? Without setting that up DS won't do anything.

Please PM me with your basic details. Enough for Support to be able to identify you. I will ask immediately. Note that I am a volunteer residing in the UK so I don't have access to any Support info.

Re: Age of confirmed alerts
It looks like another case of your folders being too small for the recorded clip files. I had a similar issue when my much larger folders filled up with CPAI DAT files. Did we get any feedback after I tried to explain the need to calculate folder sizes for the previous forum member that asked ?

Re: Shift from low res to high res image in BI app
I was wondering how you managed to set up your cameras without knowing about that. It's been a long time since I did a new installation

Re: WARNING: Do Not Renew/Update using MyCommerce/Digital River platform
Not good. If you have heard nothing by tomorrow, add a couple of posts so that you can enable PM's then PM me with a few details and I'll give them a prod for you.
FWIW I sorted Steeleimaging's issue out within two days

Re: Shift from low res to high res image in BI app
For the OP:
Could it be as simple as this selection in that BI5 camera menu ?On one camera in the BI application it never switches. In UI3 the same camera does switch.

Re: buy the Full Version
Hi, the licence is valid for a long time, no obvious end point. It will also give you 12 months of email support, and 12 months of updates. After that, you can just keep using it, but if a newer version contains something new that you want, you would have to pay for a 12 month support plan. Some peo...

Re: Constant Overallocated Storage
Yes, that is what I am trying to say. It makes sense in my head but I don't seem to be able to explain it  If you have 10 cameras. And each camera is set with "Combine or cut video each" to make 4GB files. Then your absolute minimum "New" folder size is 40GB. If "New&q...
