Re: Correct Local IP in Blue Iris Web Server

I've deleted the image to protect the OP. I agree that was an IP6 LAN IP address not a MAC address.

Re: Avigilon ENC-4P-H264 Four Port encoder

BI5 is usually used with IP cameras rather than analog cameras, but I did have BI5 working with analog cameras with a Eurysys Picolo Pro 2 PCI card a few years ago. SD only though. So the Avigilon box claims ONVIF compliance. What does BI5 do when you use Find/inspect with the IP address of the Avig...

Re: Overallocated (again)

We have seen the gold/yellow before in the Storage graphs, and the Help file shows this: Other files on a shared drive are normally drawn in grey. If these other files are actually Blue Iris video files in managed folders, use the Repair DB button to re-adopt them. If you see yellow instead, this is...

Re: Help with inport to new computer.

I have swapped BI5 PC numerous times over the years with BI5 running as a service and I have not seen this before. Exporting and importing licence details as you have done. Are you able to email Support ? If not it will possibly mean searching the registry to try to find it

Re: Blue Iris Code Project not detecting - Animals- Birds???

Hi, CPAI takes a lot of setting up, and of course as far as BI Support are concerned, it is a third party program. The forum is a user to user help forum, so we can try to assist. I managed to set it up before there was much info by trying everything until it gave in. Now from my previous post I men...

Re: New Computer

BI running since 2021 without a problem but win10 computer hard drive failed. New Computer Install BI Version 5.4.9.14 7/23/2021 with the original key. I was not able to deactivate BI from the old computer. Too many key entry and it lock me out. I believe it required a key reset? I did not subscrib...
