Still no luck tried changing some setting and still nothing. Can't see vehicles at night coming or going. I must be missing something basic??? Hello all, been a while but I had everything working well until now. Somehow (no new cams, no cam settings changes, just regular Blur Iris updates) I have lost triggering on vehicles coming up or going down my driveway at night. Just vehicles. I just got a new laptop and installed BI. I can not get the files on my NAS to open in blue iris. I receive the error shown in the title. If I copy the file to my laptop I can view it ok. I have been doing this for a year with my old laptop, I am able to just double click the file on the NAS and get...

I forgot to mention that if I copy the files from the NAS to my local drive I can view them just fine. Getting frustrated and of course the email to support link always crashes so I can't get to support except this forum.
