So I need to clarify: my fix is NOT thru the Sophos web dashboard. It is on your local workstation/server. Double-clicking the `S` in your Notification or System Tray. That opens a dialogue. Ditto to all of the above. I reached out to BI Support and Ken pointed to Sophos. I, too, am running Sophos Home and have implemented the exceptions noted in the BI Help files. No change. I have an open ticket with Sophos now.

So this morning I awoke to no service running. Connected to workstation running BI and, as soon as I opened it, it pushed update version 5.2.2.2 - I can only guess that I had 5.2.2.0 or 5.2.2.1 in place as I have it set to auto-update. Now the service checkbox is unchecked. Upon rechecking it, I get...
