So just to clarify that the cameras are all working in the screen that you posted, but show completely blank/black when opened to a single camera view!

Are you using CPAI, do you have a current support contract, the steps to do what you want will depend on the answers to these questions?

I believe that is your local IP6 address not a mac address, do you have IP4 enabled or are you just using IP6 on your local network!
I hope you do not have that port open as you just published your WAN internet address for the whole world to see and try and hack into!

Have you got the camera working with the "Tapo" app yet? If it is like some of the other Tapo cameras I believe that you have to enable the "Camera Account" and set a user ID and password which is different than the one that you use for your Tapo account. It's been a while since ...

I am running 5.9.9.19 with 5 cameras, I am not seeing any issues with CPU utilization on my system, sorry I don't have any thoughts at the moment on what might be causing the problem on your system!

Not that I am aware of, if you export the BVR file to another folder that is out of control of BI then BI can not delete it when you delete the alert, Sorry I have never looked into this to see if it can be automated.
