Re: TP-Link TAPO C520WS

Unless you have a special model that I don't have there is no Zoom feature on this camera other than the digital zoom that is built into BI (use the mouse scroll wheel)!

Re: Help! C Drive Is Full!

As to what the other files are I would hazard a guess that some of them are the operating system! Have you looked at the drive using windows explorer to see how large each folder is? Have you checked the recycle bin? Are you using part of the drive for windows backups or anything like that? A utilit...

Re: WARNING: Do Not Renew/Update using MyCommerce/Digital River platform

Not to justify the poor response, but you do realize that they are a very small organization, possibly only 2 people, it used to be just 1 person!. I believe that emails are handled on a chronological order, but if you send a second email, before they respond the automated system moves you to the bo...

Re: Constant Overallocated Storage

I suspect that it possibly has to do with the space each recording takes up plus the space for at least one extra recording for each camera, BI needs some extra room to be able to create extra files before it hits the limit that you set (working room)! Just my guess as I have always allowed lots of ...

Re: How can I finetune CPAI?

I often get squirrels that are 60% person, I really don't have the time or the inclination to get rid of what I consider minor nuisances, CPAI has dramatically reduced my nuisance motion detection triggers from shadows, rain, snow and clouds etc.. Have you tried to turn of static object detection, i...

Re: Portable Camera Recorded by BI

I think that what you are suggesting may be possible, the real issue with BI recording a camera that is only available occasionally is that the user would have no idea if the camera is actually connected to BI when they want it to record. They would have to connect to the BI server and verify that t...

Re: New clips icon or error?

I just upgraded from 5.9.9.33 to 5.9.9.34 and I now also see that the icons have changed The icons appear to only show on my system if one of the cameras is triggered either manually or by motion detection! Still working on what the three different icons that show for me actually mean! Screenshot 20...
