Extra mechanics cost extra. Similar to varifocal costing extra, only now with pan and tilt motors.

Finding decent cams can be daunting. I personally have a couple of Amcrest cameras, and they are okay, but as you stated I don't think the outdoor cams have audio. I also purchased a couple of Dahua cameras I bought from EmpireTech Andy, and those are decnt as well... with audio. The issue is potent...

The help file is regularly updated and includes an Update Notes section. I would hope you would have seen a reference there but in my experience it can be a bit hit and miss. I have a couple regular warnings that show up in my log and some help file searching revealed what were non-issues in my app...

Update Release - Notes
Hi everyone. I am wondering if there is a place to go (here or somewhere) to find release notes from recent updates to BI 5. One of the recent updates required action on my end to make the windows service work properly again, and it would have been nice to see that in some release note or something....

Have you tried this: Under the "Startup" tab on settings, uncheck the top block for "Run as a Windows service". Close BI. Verify the service has stopped in task manager. Reopen BI and recheck that option on again. you will need o reenter the password for the account running the B...
