I have purchased the Priority Support package last year from Digital River, it renewed a few days ago... What is the purpose of priority support if I don't have access to it, since I can't launch BI.

I have also purchases Priority Support but have no idea how to use it. I can't launch the BI to press the "Email Support" function so I'm out of luck...
