do i just send them an email or something? or do they have a support ticket system somewhere?

im having a similar issue, i use the "take jpeg snapshot each mm:ss" feature on all my cameras and since enabling sub streams the jpegs are clearly being taken from the substream not the main stream.
i hope they fix this soon.
