I know that this thread is really, REALLY old but this thread has solved this issue for a TON of my BI customers. I didn't remember this fix and it just saved me the headache of trying to figure it out. This is one of the most common issues I get with BI.

Hey OP, I hope you get this. I have the exact same camera you have. I have never had any issue with it working in Blue Iris but it does show up as a Foscam camera. The camera is supposedly sold by S3VC and it does work with the IPCAM app but all of these Chinese made cameras come out of the same fac...
