Check BI setting 'Mobile Devices'. Make sure your pone is still activated.

Re: Lag/timeouts when accessing web interface ONLY on same network
... Multiple people/computers have this same problem when on the network that the cameras are on. When people try to access the cameras from their home networks though, they don't have that issue. You've already tried multiple people/computers on the same network, and everything works well when con...

Not to be critical of the posters... but... I dislike Customer Support AI Chatbots with a passion.

Re: Hi everyone
Is the BI window in maximized? If so, you would not be able to move it to the other monitor... Unless you use Windows keys. Hold 'Windows + SHIFT' then press the left/right arrow key. Same for any windows Max or not.

Try these tests: 1) Have another BI User that does not have the issue login with their loginID/password on the same desktop/laptop your experiencing the issue on. 2) Use a different desktop/laptop and log in with your loginID/password. This will tell us if this is a Group or User issue. Also, can yo...

Re: How can I finetune CPAI?
I've had similar issues... tree trunks, electrical poles, signposts... Static detection works... most of the time... for foreground large objects... sometimes! I'm not saying it doesn't work - I just haven't figured it out - yet. What I ended up doing is to mask out those areas. Works great. You may...

Re: Any way to Announce on ALEXA or GOOGLE?
Had a similar situation. I found an unused camera that was no longer being used because of lens issue. It had Mic & Speaker plugs. I set it up as a normal camera (static IP), setting the video to the lowest resolution, then connecting to BI. I even covered the lens. Then took an inexpensive desk...

Re: When a cam is triggered and if I pause the recording = 1 second recording at the very end of pause in latest BI upda
Sounds like a bug - if it started after the update. Send BI support a message.
Is this camera Continuous or When-Triggered?
You can also use the ''Maximum trigger/alert duration' option in the Trigger tab, to limit the length of triggered alerts.
