What is the default user name and password ? I tried to ask the question to the support email but got an auto-response about needing to contact them via the software. The problem is that I can't log into the software in able to send the email. it said " User local_console" and a blank pass...

My PTZ is not working on my Dashu camera with the BlueIris4 software.

Is there anything I can try to troubleshoot this?

The PTZ works on the Dashu NVR but not on the blueiris.

Maybe there is some issue with the protocol the software is using?

Any suggestions?
