Blue Iris will load, but most if not all, cameras will show the rainbow strips. I just have to click on each and manually restart. This isn't a huge deal, but randomly started. It is somewhat annoying after Windows does its auto reboot.

Since updating to Blue Iris 5, UI3 has been acting strangely. It will randomly yet consistently swap from All Cameras view to a particular camera. I've disabled this camera as a trial, and it began to prefer a different camera, even after re-enabling the first offender.
