sent email 3 days ago.. still no answer.. ugh

I use to be able to view clips while deleting them. RE: hold down ctlr, click on several clips to delete. but now, if I ctlr, click on several clips, then want to view a clip, it doesnt keep the others highlighted for deletion. Make sense?? so question is, how do I fix this problems?

I am having crash problems. I have version 5.4.9.4 X64. not sure what else to say..
