License Plate Camera
I am in need to upgrade at least one of my cameras that has the quality to capture license plate numbers of moving vehicles both during the day and at night. Looking for recomendations.

Downloading update hung
I checked my BI system today and noticed that at the bottom of the screen it indicates "11840k/43619k" and the counter is not moving. It looks as that the download of a new update is hung. Looking at the log file there are no errors. I am running 5.5.5.12 and the log indicates that 5.5.5.1...

When playing alerts I am getting rectangles on the motion that I do not want. If I look at the camera trigger settings the Highlight option is set to "Do not highlight motion". How do I shut off these motion rectangles. I have not seen any place other than the trigger settings that relates...

Yet again I have a camera that is no longer flagging alerts. I have emailed the support email and got a response to setup TeamViewer and email the login info with the password set to permanent so it won't change. I have been trying to get help from the BI support but so far no luck getting anything back. The issue has occurred again on a different camera. I have noticed that by stopping the BI service and starting again then the Alerts start to appear again. This has happened 3 times now in the past 6 weeks.

I am not running DeepStack. I found that if I stop and restart the BI service the alerts will resume then stop again after some days go by. Have not found a pattern yet. Even when the Alerts are not showing the cameras are recording on Trigger.
