1) Reduce the frame rate to 15, you don’t really need 20 2) Change your iframe rate to match your fps, you really need 1.00 rather than the 0.5 you currently have. 3) Hard wire the cams, that should resolve your issues. can you show us the Blue Iris Status > Cameras tab? Sure, this first image is running Blue Iris for little while, with 2 cameras only running on a SD stream (I did this troubleshoot to try to improve performance, but it didn't seem to help much). The second image is after I put both cameras back on...

The computer I built has 4x 1080p wifi-only cameras streaming over RTSP to Blue Iris. The Cameras show 100% signal strength, and 0% packet loss for multiple days use. The Standard definition streams view and record perfectly. The HD Stream has lag 3-4 seconds after viewing it, where it records fine ...
