Hello everyone. I am using blue iris (5.5.4.1 x 64 (12/15/2021)) and getting alerts via email. I have checked the box to attach a video, but it is never attached. Is this feature working? Are there other settings I need to adjust?

When I set up BI on the physical machine the CPU usage is like 2-3%, when I set it up with just one camera ( cores, 6gb ram) on a VM, the CPU is usually at 100%....
