I ran into a problem today. As I was trying to update my software to the latest 5.9.9.28, my license key was refused and I was taken back to the DEMO version. Trying to re-use my last license key didn’t resolve the issue. Any ideas??

BI runs just fine on my old Lenovo I5-4570 with 4 cores. Are you suggesting that it will need more than that because it is running in a VM?
