I just purchased Blue Iris and installed 5.5.3.1 on Windows 10 pro x-64 19042.1348. When I double-click the BI shortcut icon on the desktop, the UAC appears (I click Yes) then the BI splash screen appears and reads "Good Evening." then "Creating Window..." Then the splash screen ...
