Re: AI Expectations?
AI can help filter false alarms, especially if you fine-tune the settings to focus on specific objects like people or vehicles. I've had a similar issue with motion detection getting triggered by trees and passing headlights, which made reviewing footage a nightmare. Switching to AI-assisted alerts ...

Re: Remote web servier issue over lan but not wifi
I’ve had a similar issue where plugging in via ethernet caused some weird conflicts with my wifi connection. What worked for me was disabling the wifi adapter when I switched to ethernet, just to avoid any network confusion. Also, make sure both connections aren’t trying to use the same IP or gatewa...

Re: BI Computer Purchase
I’d go with the Dell Optiplex 5060. I have a similar setup with an older Optiplex model, and it’s been solid for my home security needs. Help with recording when alerted
I have blue iris set to record continuously and when alerted. I am using deep stack for triggers. So far it's good. However it only records for a second with main stream and then low res sub stream. What setting should I change? I followed the instructions from the hook up video on YouTube. Another ...
