Does anyone know if this even works anymore with YouTube? Tried it and it pushes no video

Global hardware accelerated decode (main settings page) is Intel +VPP. Per camera (all 14) encode is null as the per camera "Video file format and compression" is "Direct-to-disc". I can try setting encode to "Intel" as the global but I don't get the error on all camera...

Does anyone know what this error is related to a specific camera?
