Last time I had allocation problems it was a hard drive starting to fail. Once replaced all was good, not saying this is your issue but worth checking.

Just updated my IOS app and the release notes are "A full refresh with new functionality and UI is expected following the version 6 release on the PC software"

Try a master reset, always my first port of call.
(Turn everything off then back on) It is surprising good at fixing lag issues

Have you unintentionally moved the mouse scroll wheel? Put cursor over zoomed in camera in UI3 and scroll

I use raspberry pi 4 in one location, in another a tiny PC. PC runs windows 11 and edge with UI3.
Both work great the only downside to PC is after power failure edge needs to be opened up again. The Pi powers on straight into UI3

Try a uninstall then install of the BI app, just in case any settings have been changed without knowing

I use ^ to allow access without password. Page 216 of help if that is any use for you

Try a repair/regenerate of the database

Untick auto start/stop with BI on BI AI page, then restart the computer. That helped when I had issues
