Re: Critical Alerts Stopped Wroking
Thanks for the advice. I usually only update critical or highly stable updates. But this fixed the critical alerts for me.

Critical Alerts Stopped Wroking
My critical alerts stopped working on my IOS phone. I get the alert and the image, I just don't get the audible critical alert part. Must have been an update? I noticed that the UI changed a little, when I went into my alert settings, it was set to High, as apposed to "CRITICAL" which shou...

Re: How do I view my setup schedule times?
I found another post on some other post on ipcamtalk, and I think I figured out where I went wrong. I was assuming you could select a profile, view its schedule and then change that profiles schedule. Well it is now clear to me(I think), that the schedule graph that shows the 7 days of the week(on t...

Re: How do I view my setup schedule times?
An individual camera schedule can behave differently than the Global system schedule. It would be helpful to know which one is being discussed to better address the subject. Thank you for the reply. Maybe it is just my ignorance on how profiles/schedules work. I will try and explain what I am expec...

How do I view my setup schedule times?
A couple years ago, I set up profiles and schedules because I wanted to send a critical alert during nighttime hours, rather than just a regular sms text. This has been working great. However, I now want to adjust the nighttime hours, and I am very confused. When i first go into the schedules tab, t...

CodeProject AI stoped working after upgrade
I Upgraded CodeProject AI from 1.5 to 2.3.2 and now ai is not working anymore. When I look in my system log, I see that I am getting errors "AI: Alert canceled [AI: error 404] 36ms. I guess I don't even know where to start. Can someone tell me what the steps would be to troubleshoot this? I rem...

Alerts are not being saved
Now that I upgraded to 5.5, I finally got my alerts working on my iPhone. I get the push notification with the 10 second gif, but I am unable to open it the mobile app just crashes. Not only that, when I do go back into their are not any saved alerts. So I then go back to my PC application and there...

Re: Help? with remote access problems
I found the solution to my problem. Either the upgrade to 5.5.5, or me re-running the remote access wizard, chose the incorrect "Adaptor" setting AND the ip for my web broswer in the web server settings. It had the ip address of my cable modem rather than the PC that I have blueiris loaded...
