Re: Will ReoLink E1 Pro Pan/Tilt work with BI? How?
I have a Reolink camera that I tried to add to BI5. Upon adding, the CPU went from 26% to 95% and pretty much stayed there for 15 minutes until I disabled the camera. This is a system with 22 existing IP cameras almost all of them running .264. I tired SO MANY settings, and nothing helped. Could it ...

Re: Reeolink Cameras Bringing BI to it's Knees :-(
I purchased (2) Reolink cameras trying to just expand my camera horizons. I use a laptop to program the IP addy's then add them to my regular network. Upon adding them to the network, it's like a spanning tree attack on the network itself. I wiresharked the network and they were FLOODING the network...

Improvement to accuracy of CPU Utilization in 5.0
Wanted to let everyone know, under 4 I had this issue where I would see some pretty drastic (like between 20 and 40%) difference between the CPU utilization as reported on the BI panel, in comparison to either task manager or an independent utility. BI always reported the CPU as LOWER than actual. S...

Re: 250G limit on clip storage?
Hi matadoor1, Have a look in general settings/ Clips and archiving, and click on the "Stored" folder on the bottom left. Is the "Stored" drive set to limit size to 250GB ? That would do it ! Tim So, thank you. After all these years I finally see what that number is. It adds up t...

Re: Dual monitors
I'm running my systems with dual monitors. a 48" one mounted on the wall has my BI on it, and the main 24"er is below it so that I can run task manager, and the exported event monitor. Works fabulous.

250G limit on clip storage?
I actually sent this as a ? to support, but I became a member here today and thought, yeah, let's ask the really dumb question right away! I had this in 4, and upon upgrading today, still there. I changed out an internal SATA drive today that I use as my storage drive, with my main OS and DB on anot...

Re: Upgrade instructions?
Hey there!! So, noticed today that I was "upgrade eligible" and came here to see what mayhem I may be in store for. No MAYHEM!! Downloaded the 5.0, exported my config (just in case), ran the install, and everything came up perfectly!! One of the easiest upgrades I've ever had the pleasure ...
