WyzeCam V3s support RTSP in several ways, the easiest of which is their RTSP BETA firmware made available publicly several years ago. I've used it successfully since its release. Delete both the main and the clone. Stop and restart the Blue Iris service. Repair/Regenerate Database. This should douche the registry entries without breaking anything else.
