Re: Same update version number (5.9.9.0) but diffrent dates?
Yup, It seems to have updated to the newest version automatically. However, it still gives me the option to upgrade to the same version. I thought that was grayed out before? I tested it and it just reinstalls the same version. Not sure if that is working as intended? https://i.ibb.co/SvPWW37/Screen...

Same update version number (5.9.9.0) but diffrent dates?
I can't seem to update to this later dated version, 10/8 vs. 10/9. Is this a bug because BI thinks the same version number is already installed?

Can't install version 5.9.7.4 (9/11) Keeps prompting me
The installation keeps failing from within the app and from the EXE downloaded from the official website. I keep getting prompted to upgrade even after it re-starts the app.

Re: Slow and laggy when trying to quit on the most recent updates from about a month?
Sometimes, hardware acceleration can cause issues with certain configurations. Slow and laggy when trying to quit on the most recent updates from about a month?
Has anyone else noticed that B.I. "freezes" for a good 5 second when just closing it from the X in the upper right corner? Nothing has changed on my end hardware wise. Win10x64 i7-6700. Have not added any new cams either. Never did this before.

How do I submit a feature request?
Is this the official BI forums? Do people who work on the software read these posts? I'm asking because I have several UI quality of life suggestions. Where should I submit that type of thing? My #1 suggestion is make the Testing and Tuning -> Analyze with AI toggle, stick. I have to keep checking t...

Re: USB Webcams shoiwng no signal? I've tried two different brands
Follow up question:
Is it possible to use a USB WebCam that is not connected directly to the BI PC, just a PoE switch? Like a USB to LAN adapter maybe? I assume it would need an IP though?
