If I turn off the "motion rectangles" in the AI debug window-- they go away!

I am left with just the raw picture!

This goes away when I turn off object detection.... I think it is a bug.

So I am getting some poor AI detection despite having some pretty damn crisp photos of some license plates. This first picture- a plate went by and it was missed.
