Long standing issue with the mobile app. I sometimes get this as well as if reviewing a lot of clips the app will simply crash and bomb out so you then have to start over.

Joking aside, I also saw mention of an impending v6 release in the changelog for the iOS mobile app yesterday.

CLoning is the way I would do this. For profiles a cam can only have 1 profile active at any one time as far as I know so you would need to flick the cam over to the other profile in which case it won’t obey the other profile.

Isn’t there an update of BI every year that updates the iOS certs or whatever which is required to get notifications. What sort of throughput does your NAS have or not have. You could try making the overall clips size smaller? I tend to limit the size to 1Gb else it makes them unmanageable for me.

Check the BI logs to see who logged on?

What are your cam settings, that will dictate the stream that BI receives.

Are you using the BI mobile app?

Also these days Defender the built in AV is good enough to not warrant paying extra for 3rd party AV so if you are paying for Norton you might consider kicking it into touch?

You can get this if you enable hardware acceleration for example on a cam but the cam doesn’t support it. Only way I have see people recover from this is to open up the registry, locate where BI stored stuff and then identify the registry key/value and flip it. The other way which is more drastic is...
