MyCommerce meltdown
I read about the MyCommerce meltdown and decided to send Ken/BlueIris $34.95 through Stripe as a way of helping make up for what MyCommerce did. I'm not wealthy but I can afford $34.95. Anyway, thank you, Ken, for your years of work and support on BI, arguably the best surveillance software on the m...

Re: New Error?
No idea but it would be worth checking in your BI clips folders to see if that shortcut file is there? I don't see any .lnk files in any of the clip directories but there are some in some of the other BI dirs. Nothing has changed in ages apart from BI updates, no system changes at all. The log does...

New Error? "Encountered unexpected file Blue Iris 5.lnk; stopping"
I've recently started seeing this error shown below: 2/2/2024 8:44:29.567 PM Log Encountered unexpected file Blue Iris 5.lnk; stopping As far as I can tell it isn't causing any actual issue that I can see. BI keeps running and triggering etc etc. 1) Is this a known error? 2) Is there documentation o...

Re: Forum Spam. Report it.
I'm not seeing the buttons in the image you showed.
I've wanted a button to report spam posts for a long time, but it's never been visible. The image below shows what users of the forum see, and no Report buttons are visible.

Re: Solar wifi ip camera
How about the self-powered RS-Hamster-Binford5000 IP ptz cameras. The box is a bit big, but it's for a hamster wheel and a little hamster condo. All you need to do if remember to add food from time to time... or... well... the camera stops! I think they send you an extra hamster in case the...

Re: Delayed push notifications
I don't know what carriers you're on, but T-Mobile delays my alert texts anywhere from 2 minutes to 24 hours depending on how many text alerts I'm getting. If I get one or two alerts then they come in very quickly. If I get a slew of alerts, T-Mobile starts slowing them down. I'm pretty sure they're...
