Usually by exporting it from the live BI5, or possibly getting it from the registry. Doesn't sound likely in your case. Move BlueIris config from non-booting drive to new install
My Windows VM hosting BlueIris 5.x will no longer boot. I created a new VM and attached the non-booting VM's disk. I reinstalled BlueIris v5.9.7.4 and registered it.
No, I did not have a proper backup. Yes, that is a task for the VM stack now.
Can I move the config over? How is this done?
