Re: AI setup help for ALPR
That's interesting 🤔. I haven't used plate Reckonizer or deep stack but I guess models will improve over time. With CPai I do get some interesting suggestions on occasions for animals etc, but nothing is perfect. Using AI has massively reduced false alarms for me Vs" the old way" which men...

Re: AI setup help for ALPR
Oh and just to add, the camera is looking down my lane focusing on 100 to 200 feet out. Seems the sweet spot for this camera and my setup. I have other cameras that give a more wide view to pick up on vehicle type and colour, people and animals etc. Hope that helps?

Re: AI setup help for ALPR
Congrats on getting it dialed in. Excellent images. Based on your post, I understand this is turning into your driveway and also upon leaving. Are there special settings that you use on the camera? Thank you in advance. Thanks for your feedback. The camera is setup as per the recommendations in the...

Re: dahula IPC-HFW5241E commands issue over HTTP
Re: Yes, I see something in the log when I force a repeat of the command from within blue iris. You would be better off using the full Log rather than the standard Log. Set it up at the bottom of the Log page to save to a text file. It only creates one a month, so I direct it to desktop. This gives...

Re: AI setup help for ALPR
Just to maybe finish this off. I setup the docker for codeProjectAI to now use a little t400 Nvidia GPU I also have in my server so I can use the Tesla p8 on other vm's and everything is working well with much less power used. The little t400 sips power, maybe 20w less than the p8, so all is good. T...

Re: dahula IPC-HFW5241E commands issue over HTTP
Guys, Just to update further what I am seeing. It seems after I left the system overnight, the camera perhaps logs me out so it no longer accepts commands via Google Chrome without asking for a login. Once I login it then responds to sending a command in Google such as: 192.168.1.50/CGI-bin/devVideo...

Re: dahula IPC-HFW5241E commands issue over HTTP
Thanks for responding. Yes, I see something in the log when I force a repeat of the command from within blue iris. Its an ir1 for the camera front gate which is the correct camera.
