BI running since 2021 without a problem but win10 computer hard drive failed. New Computer Install BI Version 5.4.9.14 7/23/2021 with the original key. I was not able to deactivate BI from the old computer. Too many key entry and it lock me out. I believe it required a key reset? I did not subscribe...
