Re: Lag/timeouts when accessing web interface ONLY on same network
We did just try a new user. Same issue. They have a hard time even getting the site to load.

Re: Lag/timeouts when accessing web interface ONLY on same network
Try these tests: 1) Have another BI User that does not have the issue login with their loginID/password on the same desktop/laptop your experiencing the issue on. 2) Use a different desktop/laptop and log in with your loginID/password. This will tell us if this is a Group or User issue. Also, can y...

Lag/timeouts when accessing web interface ONLY on same network
I have a strange issue and I'm not sure where to start. We do a lot of remote viewing of the cameras using the web interface. They are kind of slow broadly, but what's strange is that when I'm on the web interface and connected to the same wifi network, if I tried to bring up a single camera in full...

Re: Port forwarding through 2 routers
Ok, so I appear to have fixed the problem and got the web server working. The issue was, primarily, mostly, that the cameras and the pc were on a different subnet than each other. And then even when I put them on the Deco Router subnet together, they didn't work with the webserver. When I put them o...

Re: Port forwarding through 2 routers
Since the Deco routers are likely to form a rather useful mesh network, I suggest looking to see if you can disconnect the ATT router and plug in the Deco router instead. Some experimentation may be required - after researching if this is allowable/ the solution ! Oh that's an interesting question....

Re: Port forwarding through 2 routers
Ok - just updating my troubleshooting efforts. I've since tried enabling IP passthrough on my ATT router, that hasn't helped. I also tried putting the deco routers in access point mode. Doesn't work either. The issue that I think is at the heart of this is my server isn't being seen in any of these ...

Re: Port forwarding through 2 routers
I'm not sure if both routers are trying to assign DHCP addresses. https://imgur.com/a/TXuOchp The desktop is connecting via wifi to the deco router. I've tried bypassing the deco router completely and just connecting directly to the ATT routerr, but for some reason the whole camera system goes down.

Re: Port forwarding through 2 routers
I'll add another wrinkle here. The thought occurred to me to just hook up the POE switch to the first router, and have all that stuff on the ATT router, not the DECO. But for some reason the cameras don't load when I connect the switch to the first router via ethernet. I thiiiink the reason for this...

Port forwarding through 2 routers
I'm setting up a new blue iris system. My network has two routers, one from the ISP and a set from Deco that I'm using as expandable points for my network. When trying to setup the webserver in blue iris it failed at the last step. Likely because I've got two routers setup. My POE switch is connecte...

Re: Remote web servier issue over lan but not wifi
It doesn't. Funny thing though. I set it to static, and then set it back to Dynamic, and it started working again... so it's something to do with that I'm guessing.
