Since the Deco routers are likely to form a rather useful mesh network, I suggest looking to see if you can disconnect the ATT router and plug in the Deco router instead. Some experimentation may be required - after researching if this is allowable/ the solution ! Oh that's an interesting question....

It doesn't. Funny thing though. I set it to static, and then set it back to Dynamic, and it started working again... so it's something to do with that I'm guessing.
