Use BlueIris on main computer to view cams on CCTV computer?

I think the below setting on the server will help
Click the highlighted icon

Then set the Default Max FPS to 30

Yeah it's strange but it was already set to 30 FPS. When I access the server from my main computer via web browser (Chrome) I get 30 FPS yet through BI on the exact same system I only get 20 FPS.
