Just an FYI. Everything was working great then I started getting the DeepStack 100 Error (while running BI 5.5.1.3). I reinstalled DeepStack and the problem was solved. Make sure you stop Blue Iris and BI Service and kill any Python processes otherwise you will get installation errors. Later I found this post that recommended the reinstall also. I should have checked the Forum first... Opps.

I had this too after one of the recent updates. In my case, a restart (not shutdown) of the computer fixed the issue.

I had 8 cameras working great with dual streams and deepstack, usually sub second matches. I updated recently and began receiving -100 errors. I had some network issues at the same time and assumed it was related. I tried rebooting the server, I tried increasing the time to match, and lowering the (high medium low) mode. No effect.
Dropping the BI version back to latest stable 5.5.0.15 resolved it for me.
