I just purchased Blue Iris and installed 5.5.3.1 on Windows 10 pro x-64 19042.1348.
When I double-click the BI shortcut icon on the desktop, the UAC appears (I click Yes) then the BI splash screen appears and reads "Good Evening." then "Creating Window..." Then the splash screen goes away and that's all.
Please advise what other info you need to begin to troubleshoot.

I think there was an issue with 5.5.3.1 it was only out for an hour or two then pulled. The current version is 5.5.3.2, give this version a try.

Try the below link, I think it is version 5.5.3.0. Once on version 5.5.3.0 then you can update to version is 5.5.3.2
