Hello
I have a problem with Blue Iris 5, I wanted to test Blue Iris Tools by displaying the weather forecast and it works fine, only I activated watchdog (program monitor) and the problem now is that when Blue Iris 5 restart I am asked for a user and a password. I put the one I created at the beginning but its not working.
Can you help me solve this problem.

Re: password
Check these settings first: Global settings -> Startup tab

Re: password
Thank you for your answer, the problem is that I cannot go to the general parameters and start tab, because I cannot open blue iris 5 without the famous password that I do not know.

Re: password
I think it is, you need to enter the credentials of the account that you used to perform the install of BI which I think then has to be the same account that you login as in order to run up the BI console.TimG wrote:Is that what happens when running BI5 as a service with the wrong user account
