Reason I ask is that I have 3 clone cams which record on any motion and raise an alert but don’t increment their respective alerts counters, so these cams do raise a lot of alerts for each day.
When checking alerts on the iOS mobile app, the alerts from these cams are in the majority so I swipe down and do a search for specific cams. When I do this I only see around 12 hours of alerts from the cam that I’ve search on.
This issue has been exacerbated by me replacing my 2 2Tb drives with a 6Tb and 8Tb drives, so lots more storage therefore more clips/alerts overall.
Before with the 2 2Tb drives I’d be able to go back 4-5 days, when I replaced 1 drive with the 6Tb drive I noticed that that dropped to around 1-2 days and now that I have replaced the other drive it’s dropped down to around 12 hours.
I hadn’t really put 2 and 2 together but over the last few days have realised what might be going on. I did have on re-trigger enabled on the clones so I’ve disabled that and that has helped to reduce the number of alerts raised by the clones each day but I would like to be able to scan alerts going back 3-5 days.
I should mention that in the BI GUI on the PC I can go back all the way back to the earliest alert so the alerts aren’t missing.
My support has currently expired, yes I know

Also I have a test VM on which I check out new versions of BI just to have a play and if I configure the mobile app to talk to that without all the alerts for the clones I can see more alerts but this isn’t a definitive test as that is running in eval mode.
