Error Codes - Meaning?

Am receiving the following errors - would appreciate comments on how to resolve.

1) Listen error 10013 (server) - approx 1 per second
2) HW encode setup failed -40 for recording 0 check hardware compatibility (Motion A)
3) Setup -1 for h264 2688x1520

Finally, how do I remove a green border from an MP4 playback that was recorded during a 'Trigger' event. I suspect it has something to do with the aspect ratio of the camera and needing to fill in the space with 'background'. Is there a way to change from green to black' ?

Version 5 of BlueIris - recent upgrade. (BTW - no response from BlueIris development team for over 1 week so I thought I would try here.)
Surprisingly, the App appears to be working fine - capturing MP4 during a Trigger Event.
Running on a Stand-Alone, not connected to the Internet, no firewall or virus detect running.

Regarding BI Support, to avoid your request from being marked as spam, see page 217 of the help file. The procedure for requesting support is outlined there.

You might consider reviewing the following regarding status log errors Help file, p25 and p213.
There is also information on troubleshooting Status log errors

As it relates to the green border, post a screenshot - that would help. But I think you're referring to the new Layout Editor - it toggles editing layout mode. See p36 of the help file.
