Cloned cameras

First post so be kind! I have 2 cloned cameras recording 24/7, recordings used to be in clips but are no longer there. I can view them by going to the associated BI/New file but would like to ask if anyone else has had this problem?? Thanks

Hi, this is the friendly forum, so no flaming here.

I'm guessing the clips are there since you can see the files in the folders, so could it be settings ?

You don't mention which version of BI you are running, and I can only assume you are on the BI pc rather than using UI3. If true, on the BI5 screen on the left, what do you have pressed ? I have buttons for Allclips/Alerts/Flagged etc. Do they make any difference on yours ?

I'm running 5.5.4.1 and yes on a PC. They used to be in All Clips and i have tried all the other icons they have vanished! I also did repair/regenerate thinking it was a database issue.

Found it! Right click clips menu bar, check "include clips from excluded cameras" did not know they were excluded. Hope this helps someone and thanks TimG for reply
