Cameras stopped triggering & a couple of other issues

I've had 2 cameras that have been running for several months and suddenly quit triggering. I haven't changed anything in either camera or program settings.
I can log into the cameras from my phone and view the camera via the BI app running on an Android but they don't trigger.

This camera has always had very dark video at night as if the night vision isn't working. I don't see anything obvious to change in the settings.

This camera intermittently has no signal but usually comes back on line. I can sometimes force it online by restarting the camera via the camera settings in my phone app. Sometimes not.

I'm using port forwarding and the free version of noip.com.

Hi, the Amazon info shows these to be Starlight cameras, which are usually very good in the dark - unless they used a small video chip.

From your post:

1. BI5 is working as you can view live footage on the BI5 android app.
2. Live video OK, but no triggered recordings. What is the status of your BI5 storage devices ?
3. Are the storage devices built in to the BI5 pc, or in a NAS ?
4. What happens if you manually trigger a camera ?
5. What does the log have to say ?
