Field of view

Recently I noticed that the field of view for my camera shown the BI app was reduced, as if it was zoomed. Pulling the camera up on the web interface showed the full field camera view.

Why is the view shown by the app only about 75% of that shown on the web interface?

I thought that the camera needed manual zoom adjusted, but the view from the web interface is fine. Just the BI app view that seems cropped.

Hi, have you zoomed it in accidently within BI ? The BI apps do allow that.

Camera does not have remote zoom. Only manually with a screw.

Anything in the BI app that modifies the field of view? Web interface view is fine.

Yes, I mean BI rather than the camera. Which app do you mean ? In UI3 I can zoom in with the mouse on live video and recordings - clearly digital zoom rather than optical zoom.

Right click on mouse and selected 'zoom out'. I thought that there was such an option, but I could not find it. Old man - I used to be a computer expert, but when unjamming the card reader no longer impressed.....
