Extended support says Expired, but it isn't

Extended support says Expired, but it isn't

My license renews every year in May.  I renewed and paid this year.

I was going to upgrade my v4 to v5 and I see a message that says Extended Expired, 8/24/2019.   What is this?  Why does my status say expired and can I upgrade?
